30-Day Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love our Kānuka Balm as much as we do. That’s why we offer a 30-day guarantee on your first 30g Kānuka Balm.
If you’re not happy with your first 30g Kānuka Balm, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
There’s no need to return your opened balm. Please feel free to pass it on to someone else who may need it.
Terms, Conditions and Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Guarantee:
- You must contact us within 30 days of your balm being delivered.
- The guarantee applies to first-time customers only.
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase of one 30g Kānuka Balm only.
- The guarantee does not apply to 10g, 70g, 150g, Super Gentle, bundles, multi-packs, or repeat purchases.
- Refunds apply to the 30g balm product price only.
- Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, we may deduct the outbound shipping cost we paid from the refund amount.
- We may ask for your order number, brief feedback, and/or a photo of the product before approving a refund.
- We reserve the right to decline claims that appear to be duplicate, repeat, or outside the intent of the guarantee.

Refund Process
Once we’ve received your refund request, we’ll let you know whether it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@miloandco.nz.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
