Magnesium Spray:

Magnesium is well known to support relaxation and improve sleep quality by regulating neurotransmitters and promoting the production of melatonin, the hormone responsible for sleep-wake cycles. When applied topically as a magnesium spray, it can be absorbed through the skin, helping to replenish magnesium levels. This can lead to reduced sleep latency (the time it takes to fall asleep), fewer nighttime wakings, and improved overall sleep efficiency.

This calming effect is further enhanced by the inclusion of Organic Kānuka Oil, a gentle essential oil derived from Kunzea ericoides which is native to Aotearoa. Its subtle, grounding aroma can help quiet the mind and body, making it an ideal natural companion to magnesium in preparing for a deep, restful sleep.

Magnesium Spray:

KIDS (3+ Months) | To start, spray 2-4 times directly on to each foot just before bed. Massage well and allow to dry. A tingling sensation is normal (sign of low magnesium). Tingling should stop after 3-4 weeks as magnesium levels rise. Spray can then be applied to the stomach/chest if preferred, however continuing to spray on their feet is fine.

ADULTS | We still recommend spraying directly on to the feet initially however spray can be applied to chest/stomach earlier.

• Do not spray on broken/irritated skin
• Not recommended for children under 3 months old.

Kānuka Balm:

Kānuka and our other ingredients are gentle and unlikely to cause any irritation, however please apply a small patch test first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and please contact us.
